Twelve years in plant operations and finance before a single NetSuite engagement.
Allan spent more than a decade in beverage can manufacturing — first running production control and materials, then as Controller of a plant with over $180 million in annual revenue. He went on to lead operations for high-growth food, beverage, and consumer brands, building MRP systems, costing models, and cash flow forecasts from the ground up.
He founded Mt. Fortune to bring that operating perspective to NetSuite work. The result is a consultancy that speaks fluently to the CFO, the plant manager, and the warehouse lead in the same meeting.
