AI for NetSuite

AI wired into NetSuite, not bolted on beside it.

We build Claude-based automation directly into your NetSuite account — inside SuiteScript, saved searches, and the records your team already works in. It is scoped to a real bottleneck, tested against your real data, and it stays in your account after we leave.

Where it pays off

Six places AI earns its keep in a NetSuite operation.

We start where the work is repetitive, high-volume, and already well understood by your people — not where the demo looks best.

01

Document capture

Vendor bills, customer POs, packing slips, and certificates of analysis read and staged as draft NetSuite transactions — matched to the vendor, item, and PO, and waiting for approval instead of retyping.

02

Ask NetSuite a question

A plant manager or controller asks in plain English — "which assemblies ran over standard last month?" — and gets an answer drawn from your live data, without waiting on someone to build a saved search.

03

AI-drafted searches and dashboards

Saved searches, KPI portlets, and role dashboards drafted from your actual fields and custom records, then reviewed and tuned by us — reporting built in days rather than weeks.

04

AI inside the record

Summaries and drafts where the work happens: a customer's open issues on the case record, order notes condensed, supplier correspondence drafted from the PO — triggered by SuiteScript, not a separate app.

05

Variance and exception review

Production variances, inventory adjustments, and failed integration records triaged and explained in plain language, so the month-end review starts with the five items that matter.

06

Migration and data cleanup

Item masters, BOMs, vendor and customer records deduplicated, normalized, and mapped at a volume where line-by-line review is impractical — with every change listed for sign-off.

How we build it

The same discipline as any integration — because that is what it is.

Built into the account

We connect Claude to NetSuite through SuiteScript, RESTlets, and NetSuite's own AI connection points, using a dedicated integration role with only the permissions the job needs. Nothing runs from a personal login.

Humans approve the ledger

AI drafts; people post. Anything that would touch a transaction, a cost, or a balance lands as a draft or pending-approval record, with a full audit trail of what was proposed and who approved it.

Measured before it is trusted

Every automation is tested against a sample of your historical documents and records before go-live, with the accuracy written down. Once live, exceptions are logged and reviewed, not silently skipped.

What stays with you

The value belongs in your NetSuite account, not ours.

An AI project should leave you more capable, not more dependent. Everything we build is yours, documented, and runnable by your team.

  • Every script, prompt, and configuration delivered into your account and your file cabinet — no black box hosted on our side
  • Your own AI provider account and API keys, so usage is billed to you at cost and you can switch us off without switching the tool off
  • A written runbook covering what each automation does, how to pause it, and what to check when it flags an exception
  • Training for the people who approve AI-drafted work, so review is a habit, not a rubber stamp

How an AI engagement starts

Small, specific, and provable.

We do not sell an "AI transformation." We pick one process, prove it, and expand only when the numbers say to.

  • Opportunity review. A short working session to find the two or three processes where AI would remove the most manual effort — and to rule out the ones where it would not.
  • Pilot. One automation built against your sandbox and real historical data, with accuracy and time saved measured before anything reaches production.
  • Rollout. Production deployment with approvals, logging, and a runbook.

AI work often rides along with a larger engagement — a new implementation, an integration build, or a reporting overhaul — where the same data work makes it cheaper to add.

Have a process in mind?

Tell us which job your team spends too many hours retyping, reconciling, or explaining. We will tell you honestly whether AI is the right fix — or whether a saved search and a workflow would do it for less.
